Our goal is to support the health, education, and welfare of children in the impoverished subsistence farming communities of the Peruvian high Andes.
We are partnering with Peruvian-owned tour companies that employ porters from villages above Cuzco to work on their treks to Machu Picchu.
We have distributed footwear and have recently started a program to address the common intestinal parasite infections in children the region. We now plan to treat anemia in the same group of children children and to build a new school house.
